Welcome to ArtsTalk Magazine Holland

Launched in June 2017, we provide previews, reviews and information, in English, for theatres, art exhibitions, concerts, opera etc, concentrating on cities in south west Netherlands. We cover Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam and everything in between and nearby – an area known as Randstad. Each venue, museum or gallery has its own page with information and a link to its website. The site is updated on a daily basis.

KMSKA The Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp – reopens

After 11 years of construction and renovation it once again welcomed the public on 24th September 2022. Flanders’ leading museum has been undergoing a radical rebuilding and expansion gaining 40% more of exhibition space. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen has lent them eight important pieces from its collection in Rotterdam.

BOOKS & LITERARY EVENTS

RUW! – The Hague and Berlin artists’ books

Gallery exhibitions are a primary medium for visual artists, but the artists’ initiative RUW works differently. RUW is primarily a book in A3 format of original artworks. Each edition of 50 is produced several times a year in either Berlin or The Hague. And often each copy of RUW is also an original because most artists create original works.
