The theater is an old acquaintance for many Amsterdammers. First as Het Amphitheater and many years later, since March 2014, Het Amsterdams Theaterhuis.
Both amateurs and professional performing artists are welcome. The Amsterdams Theaterhuis wants to be the leading theater in Amsterdam where young and old, amateur and professional meet and inspire each other.
