Jazz International Rotterdam | Platform for Jazz in Rotterdam | program more than 70 concerts a year, including the De Doelen and LantarenVenster and organizes talent pathways, the International Jazz Festival in Rotterdam, the Rotterdam Jazz Day, etc.
Jazz International Rotterdam is a platform for Rotterdam musicians to realize their ideas and is a stepping stone for relatively unknown but excellent talent.
Jazz International Rotterdam (founded in 1996) plays continuously to a changing city and a changing field, we are aware of the social context and believe in art as an investment in people and the city. We want to achieve development of public art and Rotterdam musicians. We make connections, we reflect on current policy and we move along. We grow, improve and innovate: we are continuously developing.
