The Municipal Molenmuseum de Valk is a beautiful authentic 1743 windmill. De Valk has seven floors that are accessible to the public. The mill is the only remaining windmill on Leiden’s ramparts. Years ago, the Museum de Valk was one of no less than 19 other windmills on Leiden’s ramparts.
