The main entrance of the music center is on Marktsteeg 8 opposite the Scheltema Complex. In addition to a concert hall with two balconies for a total of 750 visitors and a small room for 200 visitors, the property includes a podium café with the ability to make small-scale acoustic music (singer songwriters café). The operator is the LVC Foundation, which has had to leave its music center on Breestraat 66 because of the ‘Aalmarkt project’.
